In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of voxel games on the iOS platform in South Africa showed varied trends. According to Sensor Tower data, these top five games demonstrated distinct patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Block Craft 3D: Building Games from Wildlife Studios saw fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at about $97 in early June. Downloads initially spiked at 707 in late April but dipped to 196 in early June before recovering to 674 by the end of the month. Active users started at 1.4K, dropped mid-quarter, and then rose to 1.6K by the end of June.

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it!, published by Mojang, maintained strong weekly revenue, reaching $6.2K at the end of April. Downloads remained stable around the 300 mark throughout the quarter. The game’s active users decreased from 7.5K to 5.3K mid-quarter, then climbed back to 7.5K by June’s end.

MultiCraft — Build and Mine! by MultiCraft Studio experienced modest revenue, peaking at $49 in late May. Downloads saw a high of 607 in late April, dropped significantly in May, and then rose again to 570 by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 1.2K, dipping, and then rising to 1.5K.
